Returns and exchanges

30-Day Return Period:
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or return.

Fit and Size Guidelines:
To ensure the perfect fit, we strongly advise referring to our size chart available on each product page before making a purchase. FEMME Shapewear does not assume responsibility for refunds or exchanges due to sizing inaccuracies. Buyers accept all risks associated with selecting the style and fit of their purchase.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:
For returnable items, please contact us at support@femmeshapewear.com to request a return authorization and detailed instructions. Kindly provide your order number and specify the nature of your request.

Refund and Replacement Process:
Upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouse, we will inspect it. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account. Replacements are dispatched via standard shipping within 5-8 business days.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges related to returns are non-refundable. The buyer bears the shipping costs and assumes the risk of loss or damage during shipping.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or materially different from the product displayed on our website, or if it's the incorrect size or color, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be new, unused, with original tags attached, and meet specific criteria detailed on our website. The product must be unstained, free of hair and odors, not bent in half to ship back, and no stretch marks or permanent wrinkles.

Original Packaging:
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Lost Shipments:
If your items have not arrived within 14 business days of the original purchase date, please contact us at support@femmeshapewear.com. Please note that our policy excludes errors made by customers in providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.
